domTrace (operated by Dirty Degree LLC) may send optional SMS messages for transactional purposes only.
We do not send marketing SMS messages.
2. Types of SMS Messages
If you opt in to SMS alerts, we may send:
- Verification codes
- Security alerts
- Domain scan completion notifications
- Account alerts
- System notifications
3. Opt-In Process
You opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Entering your phone number in your account settings
- Clicking "Verify," "Enable Alerts," or similar buttons
- Completing phone number verification
- Explicitly consenting to receive SMS notifications
4. Opt-Out Process
You may opt out at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message
- Disabling SMS notifications in your account settings

You must provide proof of consent to receive messaging collected from the consumer.
Acceptable forms of proof include:

Link to website: A link to a website where the consumer gives consent to receive SMS messages

Hosted image file: A screenshot or image file that demonstrates the consumer's opt-in consent

Document link: A link to a document that tells the story of the opt-in process
Important:
- Multiple URLs are allowed
- Any URL submitted must be reachable, resolvable, and publicly accessible
- All proof of consent must be verifiable and accessible to third parties
5. Data Privacy
Your phone number is stored securely and used only for sending transactional SMS messages.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
